Exposed beams, brick etc. would be great. We can go anywhere in NYC as well as NJ (or anywhere that is no more than 1 1/2 hours from NYC). Our location budget is $800 for one day. I have scouted a few places in Williamsburg and Redhook, brooklyn and called the Mayor's office but was hoping someone here might know of a place that allows a small film crew to shoot in.
