Aaron Tan
Watched this last night. I thought it was great. The story moves slowly but I was easily distracted by the imagery. The photography was gorgeous. Have you guys in North America got this film? Hope it gets a good distribution. Definately worth watching.
Kevin Scott
Hi Aaron I was the 1st AC on Somersault so I'm pleased you enjoyed it and I have a little inside info. As yet as I understand it the movie doesn't have a U.S. Deal but is scheduled for 13 Countries in Europe including the U.K. I believe the nearest it has got so to the U.S. is Toronto film festival but correct me anyone if I'm wrong. Aaron Tan
I was the 1st AC on Somersault What was the shoot like? I've always wondered if some of the shots in the film were pre-planned or improvised on location such as the leaves flying into the girl's face or the ski goggles scene... (some of my favorite bits)
Lise Camp
I have just come from seeing this film and totally loved it. I took a film student with me who has just come from France. He also loved it and that's saying a lot! I hope this film gets the recognition that it deserves! Lise
