You'd have to first capture the footage to your computer, then export it as an IMAGE SEQUENCE from say Final Cut Pro or whatever NLE you're running. The resolution depends on whats resolution you shot on the HVX. The Format can be selected when you're ready to export, but yes .tga and .tiff are both available.
