DR - HD100

I recently purchased the DR-HD 100 DTE recorder which cost me well over £1000 by the time you fork out for the attachment to my 200 camera.

 

It worked the first couple of days no problem but now when I switch it on and connect it to the camera and press the rec on the camera the screen on the DR-HD 100 flashes red then says please wit then does nothing.

 

No footage is recorded on to the drive and the time code on the drive doesn't move.

 

I get no error massages on the 200 camera.

 

I have reset the drive and put all the setting back to sync to the camera and still this doesn't help.

 

Does anyone have a clue about this??

I have that fixed!

the camera was set to record at 720p 50/25 so i thought that meant it was set to record at 25fps.

Not so.

 

The camera also has a FPS frame reat setting just under the 1080i setting in the video format screen which

was set to 50fps and not the 25fps fram rate i needed to sync to the HD100 to record

in Quick time.
