James Simmons
Hi all, I am looking to by an egg crate for my chimera softbox and I've been looking at some of the data sheets. I understand the principal of varying the degrees and how it affects the spill. But since I have never seen two different degrees compared together, I don't understand how they are different. My question is what is the physical change with the egg crate itself like when you go from 20 degree to 60 degree. Thanks James
robert duke
there are more eggcrate boxes and they are deeper on the narrower 20degree eggcrate. They essentially control the spill by immediatly flagging off the spill. the deeper they are the more they control the spill as well as the more there are the more they control the spill.
