Bolex Rx5 and magazines

Hi

 

Can a Bolex RX 5 use a magazine from another bolex, like the one that would come from a bolex EBM ?

Also except the MST motor is there any other motor that I could use with a mag ?

Hello Paul - yep, all Bolex 400' mags are the same and can be used on any Bolex cam with the mount...

 

Yip - you can use the Bolex ESM and Tobin motors to run the body ... but the mags also need a motor, either the MM or WM for faster speeds (which requires a higher voltage that I know at least the Tobin can provide, unsure about the bolex versions though)
