Premium Member Hal Smith Posted October 12, 2007 Premium Member Share Posted October 12, 2007 This is the camera package that was purchased to film, Steve Mcqueen's "Bullitt". Hopefully not the 2C that the Dodge trashed when Bill Hickman lost it in a right turn and clipped the parked white Ford with the 2C behind it? Did you know that you can only see the camera's accessories on the sidewalk in the feature but that the featurette "Steve McQueen's Commitment to Reality" has a reverse shot of the Dodge hitting the Ford and you can see the camera, tripod, etc. go flying across the sidewalk - and a crew member reach out and pull the debris out of the shot. I about died laughing when I saw that on the Special Edition DVD.
