Guest
I know people there. Typically they are not allowed to talk to any one about ILM unless they are authorized by their management. R,
Matt Butler
If your project is research based, have you checked the availability of the books listed below, from either a good library or 2nd hand from a site like Amazon? ILM, The Art of Special Effects Thomas G Smith ILM, Into the Digital Realm Mark Cotta Vaz These two books contain a lot of interesting info on ILM. Jonathan Bowerbank
This month's AC mag has a great article on Richard Edlund, who with Tippett, Muren and Dykstra were the beginning of ILM.

Will Earl
They will be able to talk about certain aspects of past projects - depending on the terms set out in their NDA. But they will most likely have to clear it with the ILM publicity department first. You could try getting in touch first with the publicity department at ILM saying that your doing a research project and you'd like to ask some questions to the relevant person/s at ILM. You'll either get the run-around, a stock standard reply or you may get some answers to your questions. I'm not sure about what type of information your after, but there is a lot of reference information out there already about ILM - your questions may already be answered.
