Looking for Total Fisheye - circle in a 16x9 rectangle

I'm looking for a fisheye adaptor so extreme that the image produced is a perfect circle in the middle of a black 16x9 frame.

 

If you know where I can rent in LA that'd make me even happier.

 

The century extreme fisheye isn't nearly wide enough from the samples I've seen, and it's probably too good quality.

 

I saw a cheap cavision (or at least it prob was cheap until Canadia beat the heck out of the dollar) but no samples...

 

I'd prefer one for the hvx200 without a 35 adaptor, although I'm interested in any suggestions.
