35mm primes

Has anyone used Zeiss planar 1.2 35mm primes on a super 16 ACL? Any issues?

Not sure if this is helpful but I have been experimenting with some Nikon primes on my regular 16 ACL (24mm and 50mm primes). I would make sure you look through the adapter and lens in your camera before renting to make sure it will work. I got a cheap c-mount to nikon adapter on ebay and the distance of the lens is not quite right. It is causing some weirdness where I can't get anything further than 4 feet away in focus. But it takes amazing extreme close-up shots, so I may keep it for that. Or I may try to sand it down a bit to shorten it as some people have mentioned that might work.

 

As far as the S-16 coverage, I can't say for sure but I can tell you that the 35mm lenses appear in my viewfinder to cover more of the frame than my 12-120 - I can't see any vignetting or edges at all.
