Giles Perkins
For those of you that don't know here in the UK Channel 4 are screening four entries from this years straight 8 competition in the 3 minute wonder slot at 7.55pm Monday to Thursday. That in itself is genius - 4 nights of fab Super 8mm films on mainstream telly! But if you're not in the UK its not so good. That's why onsuper8.org has teamed up with straight 8 and Channel 4 to run the films each evening next week out through our podcast; http://onsuper8.blogspot.com/2008/05/super...-channel-4.html For quick links to the films, just follow this link, where they'll all be added night by night! http://onsuper8.blogspot.com/search/label/3mw Enjoy - we will be! Premium Member Michael Lehnert Posted May 17, 2008 Premium Member Share Posted May 17, 2008 Thanks, Giles, for letting this to be known. I think this will be the first time I shall prefer Channel 4 to your podcast on Super 8 matters :P , as watching a hopefully got transfer on the full TV screen is a rather rare occassion. Cheers, -Michael
Giles Perkins
Michael - I agree - its a rare occurrence! But we will be putting the full sized versions out on the podcast for once to preserve the full frame!
