You have to be ruthless w/ yourself about cutting out shots that may have been a real challenge to shot, but that are not visually interesting. If that means having a 1 minute reel, so be it. I suspected that may be the case, but you know how it is when you're cutting a reel and you're looking at the same stuff over and over... after a while you just need fresh eyes.
