bhavesh rawal
hi. i need to know how to do a shot i need in my 1st film, to happen in a few months. in the film a character walks on water so i would like the camera to go over the water to under the water while looking up at him through a thin layer of water. i want to be able to see the soles of his feet while under water, if possible... can anyone help me out? thanks. Ian Cooper
One technique I've read about (sure it was on this site, but can't find it now,) involves placing a suitably strong piece of clear perspex just below the water's surface for the actor to walk on - this would also allow you to pass a camera underneath them. I should just add I have no personal experience of trying this!
