That said, I would shorten the reel by 2 + minutes - picking the very best shots - and start it off with some of the glamour shots you have there. I dunno how it is is the UK, but here in the US, producers have a very short attention span. If the very first images don't grab their attention, hitting them over the head really, they will tune it out and move on. I would make 2 versions, a short one of just "money shots" and the longer one where you can show how you cover scenes, which would be the one you posted already. Just my opinion.
