Erika
Can anyone help me locate outdated/discontinued 16mm film stock for the vintage cartridge camera Cine Kodak Magazine Camera? I think it's from 1940s-1960's.. It had cartridges similar to super 8 and I am trying to locate a vendor in US that might still have film stock for this camera.. Call me crazy, but I am an optimist... :)
Premium Member Phil Rhodes Posted December 13, 2004 Premium Member Share Posted December 13, 2004 Hi, Any film stock originally manufactured during that era will long have decayed to unusability, so you'll probably have to find some way of loading modern stock into the appropriate cartridges. Be aware of single or dual perf issues. If you're doing this as a historical curio, fine, but I wouldn't have thought it'd be a very practical way to shoot on a day to day basis. Guest Michael Carter
50ft.zip ftp://ftp.filmshooting.com/upload/brochures/50ft.zip one should work. Download this magazine article on how to load the carts yourself or where to buy them in the UK.
