I found out that I need to learn lot more on relation between type of stock/lights/filters used. Eg. for Tungsten balanced film, I am shooting in exterior and I want the look of film to have grey/blue tone, what should I do? What I am looking for is basic knowledge on how the selection of one type impact things overall? What If I had only HMI lights or only tungsten lights and still I wanted same look? My cinematographer did had knowledge on this but I would still like to have some basic knowledge of it too so that I can communicate better.
