Clark Branum
Hello, I'm shooting a backlit hallway scene with 2 actors walking towards the camera end of about a 60 foot hallway. The hallway is about 8 feet wide with 1 skylight in the center, (will block). Looking for silhouettes on the actors but enough light to recognize them as they approach the camera. I did some test clips with poor results. any help is appreciated, Thank you.

Andrew Wilding
I lit a shot like that -- papered the back windows and lit them, and then had a bright beam of light in the foreground hitting the floor to provide a little light on the faces: God, that looks great. Do you by any chance remember what you lit the papered windows with ? could a couple of jokerbug 800's get you the output you need for this look, or do you think something in the realm of 12k hmi would be required? I imagine that the shape of the hall way and all sid esurfaes are quite reflective, and Im hoping you could acheive this with something on the modest side...
