So whatsup with them 15-150 s16 PL lenses ? I heard some are sharper then others, also, the aperture seems to vary between the one they sell at Du-All Camera and the one at Visual Products:

Now, I know them old angis are really soft and all , and ofcourse, ill rather have a cooke but i only have around 2600 dollars to spend on a lens and i cannot find anything else.

 

So my question is; Are there any big differences between the T2.8 and the T3.1 ? 3.1 because of a different coating? What would you guys suggest for 2600dollars ? I'm looking for zoom lens that starts somewhere around 15. I also dont have time to wait on a good ebay deal because im planning to use it soon.

 

Answering would help me alot, i really need a lens.

Edit: I also have an adapter for nikkor mounts but i dont have faith in those lenses.

My guess is that the one listed at T/2.8 is a mistake. A lot of them have passed through my hands and they were all T/3.1.

Mind you, this is only a quarter of a stop difference, negligable really.
