Possible deal on lights.

I have found two B&M 650 fresnels for sale for $350 for both. Can anyone tell me about the quality of these lights as well as if this is a good price?

I dont know personally. If you can find spare bulbs for them, that's always good. Also, if you are buying online, you will want some kind of return policy, since you can't check the cables...etc online. Make sure you protect yourself.

I still have a B&M 2K from maybe 40 years ago. They're pretty much OK. The only problem area is that the base of the stand is kinda flimsy. You have to know not to step on it. Mine takes standard mogul bipost lamps. I doubt that the 650's would use an oddball lamp.

btw.. the unit itself is called a Lamp. The bulbs are called Globes.
