socket type for lens connection on broadcast cameras

I am trying to source a socket like the ones fitted to most broadcast cameras which transfers power to the lens. It's a 12 pin circular push fit connector mounted on the front of the camera close to where the front mike plugs in.

 

Information about the manufacturer/correct name/part number of the socket and which pins do what, especially which carry power for the zoom motor would also be especially helpful.

 

I am based in the UK.
