Deal memo examples?

We've been working on getting funding and with a little luck........and prayer.....Will need to start penning some deal memos for production, does anyone know of a source for some example to check against our current work to point out any glaring mistakes, faux paux in basic formatting, ect. Thanks. B)

I have this book that I literally found on the ground about a year ago. It's called Feature filmmaking at Used Car Prices. I read the book and this guy is all about deferred payment and how great it is- I'm not supporting this guy, but the one good thing about the book is that it has examples of all the legal contracts he had including Deal Memos, Music Rights Agreements, Limited Partnership Agreements, Inverstment Agreements ect.
