thomas-english
I am looking for other manufacturers if T-Bar flat head screwdrivers apart from Facom. If any of you have seen any other manufacturers or have one in your kit made by someone else? Much appreciated Thomas English
Nolan M Berbano
http://www.filmtools.com/filmtools-7-screwdriver.html This one from FilmTools is great. I use it at school all the time.
thomas-english
Thanks mate. I am actually trying to work out who makes them as filmtools clearly just brand them up and sell them for $30 which is extortionate.

Premium Member Hal Smith Posted February 17, 2010 Premium Member Share Posted February 17, 2010 Another option is Xcelite type 99 blades with the 99 TBar handle. http://www.tecratools.com/pages/service/blades.html There are various 99 kits to which you can add the TBar handle. Tecra only has one large kit but if you Google "Xcelite" AND "99" AND "kit" you'll find others. I am not a dealer or salesman for Xcelite 99 however I am a very happy user. I own three different handle styles (including the TBar) and just about stalk and accessory produced for the series and use them all the time. I own a Platt Engineer's tool bag that has a section designed specifically for a standard 99 handle and about fifteen stalks that works real well for me.
