Bolex Extension tubes

Hi

 

 

I recently aquired a set of bolex Paillard extension tubes, a full set, with instruction manual, but no exposure compensation table as mentioned in the manual. I have never used extension tubes.

 

Does anyone know where i could get a copy of the table, or know what rules to follow to get the correct exposure. I would be using on a converted Rex 5 super 16, with hand held light meter.
