Processing Old Kodachrome 40

I'm working on a project in which the director would like to include some Kodachrome 40 footage on 5 rolls shot in 1997. We're shipping to Dwayne's for the processing. 13 Years later I'd imagine the film density is pretty deteriorated and the people at Dwayne's aren't willing to give me any advice as to how many stops to push it so I'm coming to you guys for your expert advice as to what to do to make the footage salvageable.

Thanks!

Well, his luck is certainly pushed a lot. What is is the point of storing film unprocessed for 13 years? I suppose his recollection of what is on them is a faded as the images. :)

Kodachrome film stored this long with images on it usually comes out pinkish and vague/faint. So likely they rather need to pull than push.
