Alexander Disenhof
Does anybody have experience with a Western skateboard dolly? How smooth would it be when taking it out on something like a paved neighborhood road? If I deflate the tires somewhat could it compare (in terms of its smoothness) to a dolly on track? Thanks everyone. Alex

Alex A western dolly can be pretty smooth with the tires deflated a little but only on a really smooth road. you will see all the dips and small imperfections as well as any body movements of the camera team on the dolly. I wouldnt compare it to a dolly on track. I havent seen skate wheels for a western dolly as it is wider than standard track.
