Upcoming HDCAM shooting in New York

I will be shooting in NY on the 16th Feb. Arriving on the 15th. I am searching for a company that will rent out a small HDCAM package consisting of:

 

Sony HDW 900, lens, batts (or any other 25p HDCAM like the HDW 750P) an NTSC camera will NOT help.

tripod

audio gear to do an interview (mixer, shotgun mike, lavalier)

small lighting package, preferably softlights (will be dicussed on the phone)

 

And of course I need an assistant helping to set up the lights and gear and doing the audio recording.

 

I appreciate any hint or better direct contact to a company that can supply me with the above issues.
