Salil Sundresh Posted July 8, 2010 Share Posted July 8, 2010 (edited) I have the Bogen/Manfrotto 536 carbon fiber legs; one of the reason I bought these legs is because they can go very low to the ground as well as very high. In order to go low the leg spread is fairly large compared to most tripods. Each leg is about 27.5" from the center of the tripod (on the ground) when full spread. The longest spreader I've found is 24" using the Manfrotto 165 on ground spreader. I'd like to spend less than $200. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
