Guest Herman Verschuure
Hi, Anyone who regularly have to shim his lenses will love this. These precision shims are made of stainless steel, there is only a margin error of 2 microns. These shims are made in the EU and have elongated screw holes for easier fitting. Sizes are readable for easy recognition. Comparable in price, more accurate, easier to handle and longer lasting then the plastic shims you use today. Zeiss steel shims: Pack of 10 of the same size: - - 35,- euro, Pack of 7 different sizes available for 39,- euro, 100 shims any size in packs of 10 for 290,- euro RED Pro Primes & Angenieux Optimo 24-290, Optimo 28-76, Optimo 15-40, Optimo 17-80: Pack of 10 of the same size: - - 39,- euro, Pack of 7 different sizes available for 43,- euro, 100 shims any size in packs of 10 for 320,- euro Metric: Imperial: 0.0125mm = 0.0005" 0.025mm = 0.001" 0.038mm = 0.0015" 0.05mm = 0.002" 0.075mm = 0.003" 0.1mm = 0.004" 0.125mm = 0.005" 0.200mm = 0.008 (RPPonly) Thanks, Herman Verschuur
