first commercial please critique

This is for this chiropractors website so I know the time is long, but I was just going off of what he wanted to say. I am very unskilled with video, and this is the first time I set up lights(so I know there are tons of flaws)

I rented a Arri softbank kit with 1000 w key, 650 fill and 350 backlight/ I used chimera softbox on key. I shot most all video with 5dmk 11 and zeiss 85mm 1.4. Thank you for your comments, please do not go easy on me as I really do want to learn.
