i know for this we need DI ,with out DI is it possible or not...

 

In a few months i am going to do my project,i need this tone of color...i am using FUJI film..

Commit to that look if that is what you want. Shoot on FUJI ETERNA VIVID 8543 for outdoors. That filmstock will give you saturated colors and ink-like black. Shoot with a CHOCOLATE OR STRAW LEns filter;

I can see by watching your Jagadam YOUTUBE clip, that there was an oval MASK window placed in the center of the image- everything inside that oval is desaturated. If you want toduplicated that effect of isolate any object, you can do the same with Adobe After Effects or Apple Motion or Apple Color. Create a new layer over the Gold/Yellow image and draw a keyframe/rotoscope mask of the objects that you want to desaturate. That way you can shoot with the lens filter without worrying.
