24 fps crystal sync issues?

I have a CP-GSMO 16mm with 24 fps crystal sync ONLY without the finer 23.976 option some cameras have, if I use a clapper and a digital audio recorder and transfer all this to my hard drive for editing what kinds of problems might I encounter? Fixes available?

 

Also I use premiere and vegas and not Final Cut.
