Legal question about coproduction

Hello, we are considering to work with a coproduction company because we don't have some equipment and they do. We have the writer, the sound and production design department etc., but we are afraid the production company could steal our idea and kick us off the project in the future. What kind of lawyer would we need to discuss staying on the project, with them under us(as we have been talking about with them), what topics should we discuss, are there any good books on reading up on this?
