Jan Crittenden
Murderball will be playing as part of a festival, NEW DIRECTORS/NEW FILMS, on March 26th and 27th. The movie is about quadriplegics who play rugby in mad-max wheelchairs, an Olympic level sport. Henry Alex Rubin with his friend Dana Shapiro won the Audience Award for Best Documentary at Sundance. It also received the first award for Editing given at Sundance. If you are in the New York area, here is the opportunity to see a really good film made by some very talented filmmakers and learn something to boot. And it was shot on the DVX. ;-) Tickets are available for screenings at Alice Tully Hall by the following means: on Saturday at 6:00pm -at Alice Tully Hall box office -by phone: 212/875-5050 -online at www.lincolncenter.org <http://www.lincolncenter.org/> or on Sunday the 27th Tickets are available for screenings at The Walter Reade Theater by the following means: -The Walter Reade Theater box office -by phone: 212/875-5601 -online at www.filmlinc.com <http://www.filmlinc.com/> .
