Dan Salzmann Posted March 29, 2005 Share Posted March 29, 2005 I can not tell you what's available in LA (probably everything!) but just want to say that in the world of track lighting there is a vast choice of halogen 12v globes and sockets that are really tiny and go up to 100w of halogen light. I've worked on low budget films where flashlights were rigged with these and powered with a small 12v battery concealed on or near the actor and we had a really bright believable source source for very little cost and effort.
