sormi
I don't know much about camera lens. Could someone answer this question. Does anyone make a c-mount lens, that the lens is 25mm at the mount? I see a lot of 4mm, 8mm and 16mm but no 25mm. If so can you post some links. Thanks
Guest Ian Marks
This question probably should have been posted to the 16mm forum. I'm not sure what you mean by "25mm at the mount." The mounts on C-mount lenses (specifically, the part that screws into the camera) conform to a standard established back in the 1920's or 1930's. The mounts don't come in different sizes - the threads are all an inch across. If you were referring to the focal length of the lens, you shouldn't have any trouble finding a C-mount lens that has a 25mm focal length. It is probably the most common focal length out there, as it is nominally "normal" for 16mm. Hope this helps.
