Minolta IVF or VF

Hi all,

i would like to hear some good suggestions on the following exposure meters...... i have got the prices from some local dealers and my budget would fit one of the following only.

 

1) Minolta IVF

2) Minolta VF

3) Sekonic 398

 

There are some good previous post also but that does not meet my requirements. i would like to buy one that would also be useful for still photography with flash lights as well as cine purpose.

 

Pls give ur suggestions.
