UK web prices put the Canon EOS-600D (the international model number for the t3i) at about $500 new, which means it would at least be guaranteed. The YN-565EX flash is available for $100 from Amazon. The Lowepro 202AW varies in price but I'm seeing prices as low as the equivalent of $50. The prices he states may be what he paid for the equipment, but if so, prices have dropped since then.
