Premium Member Miguel Angel Posted June 8, 2016 Premium Member Share Posted June 8, 2016 It is normal and has been happening for quite a while now. The reason behind is that by being on a show you have more days of work and also you have more time to explore some narratives and create a whole world which will last for seasons (like in Gotham, for example) It is also a matter of budgets, good tv series are the places where you can use all the big toys because the showrunners and the networks want quality, done fast but quality none the less, so they give you all the tools and people that you need in order to achieve that, as opposed as medium budget movies where you might have to compromise some of your photography because of money. Have a good day.
