AlejandroGomez
Hi everybody, Im trying to balance a Sony A7S on the DJI Ronin, we normally use the red epic on our Ronin, but I'm trying to stabilize it with the Alpha 7S. Its really painful, the motors every time offers resistance because its not heavy enough. I just want to ask if somebody has some experience with this and can tell me some tips or advices. Thank you very much guys!
Rakesh Malik
I believe that the solution is to adjust the response curves; if you have it set up for a heavy camera, the motors will generate a lot of torque because that's now they're configured. You can configure the gimbal to generate less torque so that it doesn't overcorrect a light camera. I can't give you more details than that, because when I was operating a Ronin its owners were there to help set it up and calibrate it, and they took care of that part.
