Guest filmfreund
Kodak (Germany) announced that Kodachrome 40 including processing is now available with "Best before date 3/2006" even in Europe. Up to now, the last charge in Europe was "Best before 11/2005", only in USA there was a last charge 3/2006 without processing. According to Kodak (Germany) processing is guaranteed until 11/2006, maybe longer. Kodak (USA and Switzerland) only guaranteed until 5/2006 so far. Insiders say, that after the announced production stop the 40,000 cartridges in the warehouse of Chalons (France) were immediately sold out. They now finished another wide roll - that gives 14,000 new cartridges.
