Hi everyone.

Just got started recently and thank god for forums like these...

Working with dv tapes has been relativly easy-no frame loss via firewire from

my pd 170 into the pc- but my software (vegas 4.0) won't open the VTS-files on a dvd.

Any suggestions? Does anyone happen to know if the s-video on the pd170 can be used as an input('throughput')?

Your time and wisdom is much appreciated.

thanks and best regards,

gkmusic
