Mark Yarbrough
This tool kit is for sale on eBay. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Service-Tool-Case-Kit-Arriflex-Reparatur-Repair-/323691656503?_trksid=p2047675.m43663.l10137&nordt=true&rt=nc&orig_cvip=true Can anyone identify which camera model it is for?. Or perhaps it is general purpose? Aloha, Mark
Premium Member Dom Jaeger Posted February 22, 2019 Premium Member Share Posted February 22, 2019 It's mostly generic tools - screwdrivers, spanners, 2 prong drivers, allen keys, tweezers and circlip pliers. The under-level has a take-up tension gauge top right which was used to check mag take-up tension on cameras with mechanical mag clutches, meaning cameras before the 535, so this was probably for the 35BL series. There are gate blocks for a 35mm camera, and various tools for undoing or adjusting various fasteners. Pretty expensive for what it is..
Mark Yarbrough
Thank you Dom, The unusual looking set of hex bits almost seem out of place in this kit. Aloha
