Need opinion on used Z1U's

Hi guys!

 

I am a newbie around here. Here I go...

 

I recently purchased a Sony FX-1 which I love but was upset it had no XLR's and some of the other features the Z1U's have. I couldn't pass up the deal for the FX1 when I bought it from Sony. Basically it was 1200 off the sell price. I know I can get a aftermarket adaptor for the mics like B*chtek.

 

Anyways, I found this offer on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...ory=107938&rd=1 and was wondering if it would be a good buy??? I know when you buy a used camera you should look at how many hours of use it had...whats a good average?

The newer z1u is better then the first models. People may be trying to dump an old Z1u.

oh, never new about that. How can you tell? Serial Number or product number? Thanks. Also was there anything wrong with the first Z1u?
