How do you turn off the AE Response on the Sony Z1U?

I've found the menu feature to select the speed of the AE Response (Fast/Middle/Slow).

However, there is no OFF option.

Therefore, my exposure is constantly trying to adjust itself automatically.

It's very frustrating.

I have the Iris button selected so that i have manual control over the exposure, AND...

I have the camera settings on the LOCK position.

I have no idea why the exposure is still trying to correct itself automatically.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance...

I have found that by default the "Shutter" option in manual mode is not selected. As a result it will automatically adjust the shutter speed which obviously causes slight variations in the exposure, mainly in outdoor shooting. I keep the shutter set to 50 for the majority of the time and this no longer occurs.
