BeltFedLeadHead
Anyone have any experience with this setup? It's very attractively priced, and since I wasn't doing well building my own I am seriously considering buying it. Glidecam Smooth Shooter Thanks! Bob Hayes
I?ve been using the glide cam on my last shoot. I?m shooting the Z1U. I really enjoy it. Handles like a Steadicam. It may be a little squirlier because of the lack of weight of the camera. It balances well. I found I had to operate right side because of the view finder. I?m a right side Steadicam operator so that suited me find. I?m just used to having any camera on my right side. I don?t like the weighting system. I kept hitting my knee into it. It?s also not build very stringy. I already broke the plastic clamp on the counter weight. That was on day two. It seems like a great way to learn Steadicam and get your moves down for a very inexpensive cost.
Bob Hayes
I?m a right side Steadicam operator so that suited me find. I'm not a Steadicam operator. I've only done it a couple of times. And the word is fine not find. It?s also not build very stringy. The word would be strong not stringy. I'm tired just got home from my shoot.
