Shawn Gallagher
Well I suppose a follow up to my last post is to ask if anyone has ever tried to take apart a Nizo 481 or similar model and attempted to fix it (or just see what makes it tick)? Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Matt Pacini
I think you actually have to genetically be German to fix a Nizo, and I'm only half German! I've opened a couple up, and slowly, gently, and very carefully put them back together! Lots of electronics & delicate itty bitty parts in there. Far, far more than either of my 16mm cameras. I had Georg Graff in Glendale fix mine, and he was great, but I'm not sure he's still around, unfortunately.
