IvanKane
Hi I have here with me a Perfectone motor 25fps with power pack 220V , power cable and aluminum case for Eclair NPR. I got it from Sweden and I'm located in London. My question is, Which voltage should I use (switchable) 110-220V?. Another thing, the plug is a Swedish one is it enough just to use an adaptor? PS Is this motor crystal sync or governd control ?
Max Lundberg
So it was you who bid it for $50. Well since you live in London, you should use 220V. adaptor is ok. Not crystal sync, it's AC synchronous motor, but keeps sync very well. Edited September 15, 2005 by Max Lundberg

IvanKane
OK The voltage in UK is 240, does that affect the speed of the camera or not?
Max Lundberg
No, the speed of the motor is balanced by electric power frequency (50Hz).
