when i am shoot in digital HDV camera some times motion blur is appearing on screen why it is happen?

I was watching some sports in HD at the electronics store this week, I noticed that when the camera panned there was a lot more motion blur than you get with standard NTSC.

 

I have no idea why this occurs? We'll need one of the really tech savy members to answer this one.

 

Are you viewing on a LCD HD monitor? The LCD screens do have more of a motion blur effect during camera pans than a tube monitor, just because of how they are made.

Watch if there is any steadyshot on, and try higher shutter speeds, this will not solve your problem but if u experiment with shutter speeds, maybe u will make it less.

Also check if you are shooting interlaced or non- interlaced.
