Each case holds 5 lenses, they were used for about a year, have minor cosmetic wear to the outside, inside is excellent condition. Originally designed to fit Zeiss Supremes, as pictured below (lenses not included) Located in Brooklyn, I can deliver to NYC area or will ship for cost of shipping.
