Bolex H16 EL - internal light meter stuck

Hi Guys,

Me and my small production company (cockroach studios) have been trying to film a project on my Bolex H16 EL.

While doing camera tests I used the internal light meter a couple of times and it all seemed to work fine. Then the light meter got stuck in the upward position (in front of the garte) and now won't move back down to allow us to roll the camera. It is feeding us exposure information into the viewfinder but after 30s pass or when we try to start rolling it just clicks but won't move down.

Since I can't really find information online about this problem I wondered if any of you have ever experienced this problem and hopefully have a solution for it other than having to send the camera in  -.-
